Jack Lucas

Jack Lucas graduated 1977 from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education. Mr. Lucas was an educator for approximately 5 years.

Mr. Lucas has approximately 40 years of combined experience in the entertainment industry, beginning in 1978 as an “Event Supervisor”, a mid-management position, for the City of Spokane Entertainment Facilities. Which included the Spokane Opera House, Spokane Coliseum, Albi Stadium, and the Spokane Convention Center.

1987 to 2019 Mr. Lucas served as President/CEO of TicketsWest, a national full-service enterprise computerized ticketing solution.

1995 to 2019, Mr. Lucas served as President/CEO of WestCoast Entertainment, an entertainment event content provider that specialized in promoting and producing sporting events, concerts, music festivals, and National/International Touring Broadway Musicals.

2002 to 2019, Mr. Lucas was a partner representative in Troika, LLC, a New York based company that specialized in producing Broadway Musicals for National and International Tours.

Mr. Lucas assisted in the original development, vision, and continued leadership in all of these companies.

Beginning in 2002, Mr. Lucas also served as a Vice President of Red Lion Hotels Corporation.

Mr. Lucas is the recipient of many awards and accolades, among them the 2004 International Ticketing Professional of the Year award, the 2013 Lifetime Achievement Award presented by the International Ticketing Association, and the IAVM Joseph Anzivino Lifetime Achievement Award presented in 2015.

Mr. Lucas has also been active with both the INTIX organization and the IAVM organization serving on various committees, workshops, and a 2-year seat on the IAVM Board of Directors representing the IAVM Allied members.

Mr. Lucas has served on many nonprofit organizations as a board member or in a senior leadership role, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Eastern Washington University Foundation board, Goodwill Industries (volunteer of the year award), Lions International, Lilac Services for the Blind, and many other various boards.
